Porto cover material combines rPET reclaimed from waste plastic bottles and combines it with a cellulose core, preventing waste bottles from going to landfill, The paper is 100% recycled form post-consumer waste, The book block is sewn bound minimising the use of glue and enabling the whole book block to be pulled from the cover at end of life and recycled in normal household paper recycling, Part of our Tree Aid Scheme - planting trees in improvised areas of Africa for food and jobs and a sustainable future for local communities.
